General Terms & Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Scope

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply without restriction or reservation to all products and services offered by TWG (“the Seller”), including but not limited to:

  • Winery Presentation, tasting services, wine promotion

  • The creation of targeted email campaigns for American importers and distributors.

By confirming an order, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these GTCS. These terms remain in force for the duration necessary to deliver the subscribed services.

2. Orders

2.1 Client Eligibility & Responsibility

Clients must be at least 21 years old (or of legal drinking age in their country of residence) at the time of ordering.
Before placing an order, Clients acknowledge having received all the information necessary to understand the nature and characteristics of the services offered.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the selected services meet their needs. TWG cannot be held liable for an inappropriate service choice.

TWG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Client with an outstanding payment issue or for any other reason deemed valid by the company.

2.2 Order Process

Orders can be placed directly on our website.
Once received, TWG will send a confirmation including all information required to prepare the Client’s export presentation.

2.3 Order Modification or Cancellation

Any request to modify or cancel an order must be expressly approved by TWG.
TWG reserves the right to adjust certain service details when necessary.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€), firm and non-revisable during their validity period. An invoice will be issued upon completion of the ordered service.
Subscriptions may be cancelled after the end of the applicable commitment period by sending a written request by email to contact@twgus.com within 15 days.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions are automatically renewed by tacit agreement on a monthly basis for the monthly plan, every three (3) months for the quarterly plan, and every six (6) months for the semi-annual plan.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are considered final once the total amount has been successfully received by TWG.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of this agreement shall be brought before the competent courts under applicable law.
